We are the original factory support and remanufacture center for JCI built rear seat entertainment systems used in GM and Ford specific vehicles. This is a repair only program it is not a remanufacture program. We will not be replacing any cosmetics unless requested, in which case additional charges will apply. Your DVD player will be returned to you in a totally repaired and re-useable condition. Only factory approved parts will be used. The unit will be fully warranted against defects for a period of 90 days from the date of repair. If a shipping carton is needed you may request one for a charge of 15.00US.
